FreeBSD is out of reach of most boot managers, so you'll have to do it manually unless you can get a better one (such as the one in OS/2 or Partition Magic 3.0, System Commander, etc...). In the meantime, you can boot by typing wd(3,a)/kernel At the Boot: prompt.
