Is there something about vim that makes the MAINTAINER not want to 
maintain it? Is it a vanity port?
Sorry to single you out sunpoet, but you took maintainership and made 
literally one commit. Stripping obrien of maintainership was a harsh and 
unprecedented move and it was the right thing to do only if the port 
gets actively and aggressively maintained.
