Well it doesn't really say it all.

Like Sue's documentation, the new-user article itself is out of date,
although the copy on my own server (http://andrsn.stanford.edu/FreeBSD/)
is a little more up to date.  I should revise it, but people seem to
find it useful nevertheless--probably for its UNIX basics and basic
FreeBSD systems administration.
