manually linking /usr/lib/libperl.so to the correct one did solve my
createlang plperl issue so yes, it would seem that use.perl may need to
symlink libperl.so in addition to the other links it creates. This one
is a bit unique in that it resides in /usr/lib rather than /usr/bin
where all the other symlinks reside.
