>Description:
I just remembered a historical error: what we call fftpack is actually called bihar. Some years ago I wanted to port Rlab, which used bihar but instead called it fftpack (apparently both packages do the same but the real fftpack gave me some nasty errors while building Rlab).
>How-To-Repeat:
Rlab always gave problems on FreeBSD, and there are better utilities so no one ported it. Rlab is not undergoing any development for some years and the old package on sourceforge carries it's own libraries anyways so I see no reason to keep the wrong name on libbihar.
>Fix:
We should probably correct the mistake by repo-moving math/fftpack to math/bihar. While there, also please use DOCSDIR, and maybe even generate header files like other ports do (arpack, for example).
