This looks like a hardware problem.  Is it repeatable, and does it
always happen in the same place (i.e. file bin.ag)?  Then your CD-ROM
disk may be dirty or scratched.  Try cleaning it.  You can also try
booting from floppy, though this isn't likely to change much.
