It was Konqueror without (most of) KDE. Netraider still required Qt, but that's better than requiring Qt and all of KDE. Apparently netraider got removed a while back (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/www/netraider/Attic/Makefile) cause it wasn't ever updated.
