It'd be better if you include tarball of your port' dir instead of just
Makefile.=20

Probably, it would be more correct to use=20

USE_GNOME=3D      gtk12

than=20

BUILD_DEPENDS=3D   gtk--:${PORTSDIR}/x11-toolkits/gtk--
