 Caveat emptor when using pre-release software.  In any case, you
 can almost certainly grab the necessary binaries via FTP, or from
 a CD for an actual release.  Though it may be overkill, installing
 the `bin' distribution ought to allow you to make world.
 
 Unless you can reproduce your cc1 crash in 4.6-RELEASE, I think
 this PR can be closed.  (In the future, you will need to provide a
 bit more information in bug reports.  For instance, you might say
 what file you were trying to compile when gcc died, or better yet,
 get your hands dirty with some gdb hackery.)
