By the way, thanks to whoever proposed the patch. What I have tested:

1) Two-finger scroll
2) Vertical and horizontal edge scroll

If we enable both, two-finger scroll seems to take precedence. Also, scroll
continues after touch release; you have to touch the pad again to stop it.
