Well, there is an extra indirection here. Pressing that key combination
does whatever is in the current keymap, and normally you'll see a 'boot'
entry there. Do you want to change the Ctrl-Alt-Del behaviour, then go
have a look at your keymap table. Or do you want to change the behaviour
of 'boot'? The later doesn't sound sensible.
