I would like to try 10.1 beta2

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/VM-IMAGES/10.1-BETA2/amd64/Latest/

I don't know what those files are.  I installed from a memstick.img
in the past.  What do you suggest?  Thanks.
