Hi there, Would it be possible to upgrade the version of the assembler /bin/as? The version which comes with 2.2.2-RELEASE is pretty ancient (1.92.3) and refuses to assemble a lot of hand-written code which use complex macros etc. I have installed version 2.8 (from binutils-2.8) on my system and it works fine. Could this be the standard assembler version for future FreeBSD releases?
