Did you put the bin distribution files in a 'bin' subdirectory on the floppies? 

bin/bin.aa  
bin/bin.ab

etc.

I expect this to trip up a number of people.  

Jordan,
How about instead of 'insert next floppy',
say, 'insert the floppy with bin/bin.aa'?

If possible, have sysinstall look in the root of the floppy if it's not
in the subdirectory.
