Subject: ACPI and Thinkpad Fn+F3 key to blank screen

Hi,

did anyone manage to blank the screen by pressing the hotkey 'Fn+F3'
on a TP (tried TP600E and T22) with RELENG_5 and ACPI?

I have tested the KMOD from http://www.init-main.com/acpi_tpkey/
with no success. Keypress notifications were received by devd with
no further effect. Due to the missing documentation I was not
able to configure anything beyond the notification effect. Did anyone
succeed in this?

Is there any other known way to blank the screen?
Closing the lid while hw.acpi.lid_switch_state is set to NONE
blanks it. I did not find any other working method with this
effect while using ACPI. Btw. the hotkey works while running
the TP with APM instead of ACPI.
