I have a question regarding upgrading ports... I am about to install a new version of samba.. but I have the previous version installed. Since I upgraded my ports collection I cant use make deinstall no more... So the question is, is it ok to just install a new version on top of the old? What should I do if I want to remove an old installed port when the port in my portscollection is newer?
