I've upgraded the samba port to 2.2.0-alpha2. It shouldn't replace the
current samba port since it is still alpha, but it seems to run a lot better
so far. I have everything finished except I don't know how to make it write
its pid files to /var/run. The rest is done and I'm currently running it on
my server. Can anyone help me out with this, I'd like to get this into the
ports tree so people can start testing it if they wish. If anyone can help
me with this, let me know how you want me to send it to you. thanks.
