I had read the posting from J=FCrgen Weiss.
Hence I had disabled superpages.

Here are the settings during the crash:

root@quad:~ # uname -a
FreeBSD quad 11.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 11.0-CURRENT #0 r274634M: Tue Nov 18

gwgpi@quad:/usr/local/DEVEL/obj/usr/local/DEVEL/SRC/head/sys/WANDBOARD-QUAD
arm=20

root@quad:~ # sysctl vm.pmap.sp_enabled
vm.pmap.sp_enabled: 0
