WIP.  src/contrib/egcs is the current home.  It is moving to
src/contrib/{gcc,libio,libstdc++,etc.}.  After the move, it will be
upgraded to 2.95.1.  School year has started, advisor been very
demanding, and I've been AWOL for 2-3 weeks now.  :-(
