perhaps you'd like to clarify.  NT *server* can handle more CPUs, but NT 
*workstation* is limited to 2.  if you have a microsoft URL i can peruse 
to dispute that, i'd be happy to admit my mistake.  but i doubt you can 
provide such a thing.
