Silly Q perhaps, but: is is safe to assume that

ports/net/bind8 made with

PORT_REPLACES_BASE_BIND8

Will completely overwrite the base version, just as with openssh-portable
and OPENSSH_OVERWRITE_BASE?

I'm not running -STABLE and want to have the latest 8.x before next
-RELEASE, cleanly replacing what's already there.

Thanks Doug.
