Only if we have to? - I know a few people who have 'intermittent' net access /
freemail accounts, and have to make do...

I've looked through the headers, and mailed the ISP's involved (including the
ones that promiscuously relay) - I'd suggest a few more people do that first
and see what happens, before we go and get draconian... ;-)
