Hmmm.  When I asked, I was told that pc98 could use i386 packages, but
for 5.0 we never did a package split for that platform.  I have no idea
if just dropping a normal i386 package split onto the pc98 CDROM
staging area would Just Work (TM), or if it's desirable.
