Spelling fixes for the spanish FAQ.

The spanish FAQ (*) is missing opening question marks in many places. This
patch replaces the closing question marks at the beggining of a sentence that
contains a question, with inverted question marks and ocasionally a few
exclamation marks. It also contains minor spelling fixes.

* Actually this happens across the entire spanish documentation tree, but this
patch just covers the FAQ.

Regards.
