The patch is at: http://people.freebsd.org/~anholt/files/x420diff11-1 The 4.2.0-4.2.1-1-freebsd.patch is the 4.2.1 update plus the mit_shm update minus the r128 updates from 4.2.1. Something similar should happen to the other ports that use the 4.2.1 update, but they aren't as important as -Server, since that's where the r128 driver is.
