I knew; I had a number of discussions about that topic with the developer of
the infamous BANZAI routers. After a number of attempts at table driven
routines they decided to go for AOC2 as the German Telekom neither
guaranteed that the first unit was as long as the following units nor that
open calls would always be accounted at the current rate (i.e. would be
charged by the rate of the time the connection was made).
