	Start: 'grep -iR /usr/src/usr.sbin/xntpd/*'


	End: event 3 is a clock sychronization change, event 4 is a stratum change
for a peer. 

	Getting from start to end is left up to the reader. If it's any comfort,
finding this answer is non-trivial, but it's a good exercise.
