It looks like that you played with Glib > 2.4. Do you? In this case you 
should try upgrading all software depending on it, for example atk to 
its latest version 1.9 which is not available as port, or consider to 
reinstall the port devel/glib20 (Glib 2.4) after removing everything 
which does not belong to a port.
