The Handbook is written in sgml, using the linuxdoc DTD.  We're moving
over to the docbook DTD shortly.

You'll want to download the original source to the Handbook and figure out
the markup syntax from that.  You can go through the CVSWeb interface
under www.freebsd.org -> support -> CVS tree, or by subscribing to the
src-share distribution through cvsup or ctm.

Then just extract the required keywords.  

Unfortunately, you'll probably have to upgrade the sgmls parser that came
with the system to the newest version, which I have no idea how to do.

I'm guessing this won't be very long --

"man pkg_add"
