In such a case, place conditional patches by file name like
files/extra-patch-FOO, and use EXTRA_PATCHES as below.

.if ${OSVERSION} >= 460000
EXTRA_PATCHES+=	${PATCHDIR}/extra-patch-FOO
.endif
