This version does not make XF86Setup. I tried to link with
/usr/lib/libtcl75 and got an error:

tclCmdIL.o: Undefined symbol `_TclGetLoadedPackages' referenced from
text segment
*** Error code 1

Linking with my old version of tcl7.5 in /usr/local/lib works
tough. Does anyone have an idea on what is incorrect with our tcl
version?
