Yes, and someone should point that out to
release/texts/i386/RELNOTES.TXT
For the latest of these 4.0-stable snapshots, you should always
see:
ftp://current.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD
If you wish to get the latest post-4.0-RELEASE technology.
