It's harder for us Amerikajin, but it's not impossible to figure names out with almost complete certainty given lots of experience. I know I could be sure about 90% of them in that list given either name capitalized and in either order. It wouldn't take contacting everyone, but a few people possibly in the case that I really don't know.
