Read the samba documentation on how to add accounts. 

(pay close attention to the encryption settings as post sp4 nt requires
encrypted passwords. If you choose not to encrypt passwords, you'll need
to change your nt registry. All in the samba docs.)

man smbpasswd
man smb.conf
