The handbook was updated yesterday to reflect this and should be on the
website today:

jdp 1999/12/20 15:58:38 PST

  Modified files:
    en_US.ISO_8859-1/books/handbook/cutting-edge chapter.sgml
  Log:
Anoncvs.freebsd.org is back, but now it uses "pserver" authentication.
Update the documentation to reflect the new procedure for using it.
