Yep, I think it is

ftp://<Freebsd-mirror>/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.6-RELEASE/updates/xterm

or for the security minded:

ftp://<Freebsd-mirror>/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.6-RELEASE/updates/xterm.des

It is a precompiled binary so just replace the old one with it.
