To my knowledge, no. The dia patches in the tree now were there before my time. Some of them are FreeBSD dogma-specific, and don't need to be submitted to the dia authors. However, patches like patch-ae, and a derrivation of patch-objects::GRAFCET::boolequation.c would be good candidates.
