Install the port, cd to squirrelmail plugin directory and do an ls -lR compatibility/

Remedy - Remove line from Makefile:
${CHOWN} -R ${WWWOWN}:${WWWGRP} ${SQUIRRELDIR}/plugins/${SQUIRREL_PLUGIN_NAME}
