trying to logon to my isp w/FreeBSD. I get the error message" "chat script failed". My isp is erols. I do: # ppp and it seems to start ppp ie. I get ...ppp> as the prompt. then I do: dial papchap and my modem dials and sounds like it is attempting to login. Below is my ppp.conf file - should i change anything? ( I made my user and pw: xxxxxxx - of course) Also, what is purpose of file ppp.deny?
