Hit http://www.freebsd.org/~wpaul/3Com/2.2 and get the driver from
there which supports 905B.

if you need to install it over the network there is a snap with
the xl driver enabled at ftp://ftp.missouri.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.7XL-SNAP
