I am trying to load FreeBSD 4.0 Release on a = Compaq=20 Proliant Server which is running on Disk Array. I have three 4.3GB = Wide-Ultra=20 SCSI hard disks. When setup finishes coping of files and it starts = remaking all=20 devices I get the error "MAKEDEV returned a non-zero status" Can someone = please=20 explain what this means? Previously the server had Windows NT running on = it.
