The source tree:

reports the following for CFLAGS:

CFLAGS+=-DSETPROCTITLE -DSKEY -DLOGIN_CAP -DVIRTUAL_HOSTING -Wall \
        -I${.CURDIR}/../../contrib-crypto/telnet

So it looks like it's in there.
