You have to do more than just set USE_GNOMENG=yes.  You have to say
which GNOME components you want to use.  From the looks of it, you could
probably get away with:

USE_GNOMENG=	yes
USE_GNOME=	gtk12

However, you could also remove the ORBit LIB_DEPENDS, and add orbit to
the USE_GNOME list as well.  I'll try and fix this port up.
