You need to clean out your /usr/include.

    RCS file: src/contrib/libstdc++/include/backward/strstream.h,v
    ...

    revision 1.1.1.2
    date: 2004/01/05 21:04:40;  author: kan;  state: dead;  lines: +0 -0
    Remove bits which are not part of GCC 3.3.x anymore.

# make buildworld
# mv /usr/include /usr/include.old
# make installworld
