I've done similar task a long time ago. But, afair and accordingly to
login.conf(5) manpage, You want to deny login from 8p.m. to 11p.m.,
right? And only on Sunday and Monday? If yes, than i don't know. But,
afaik, this is not what You want. SuMoTuWeThFrSa2000-0600 may help?
