So I moved saa.tar.Z to /pub/os/Unix on ftp.dinet.de and made it world readable. Also I unpacked the tar file. Its bare contents are in /pub/os/Unix/saa. Please notice that our ftp-server is capable of tar on the fly. Please excuse that I didn't move the file quick enough.
