use "controller pnp0" and "device pcm0 ..." entries -- read about them
in the manpages for pcm(4) and pnp(4), /sys/i386/isa/snd/README,
/sys/i386/isa/snd/CARDS, and /sys/i386/conf/LINT

that's all i can say.
