Hi:

I found out that, for some reason, the parameters -DTIMEZONE=0 and -DDST=0
did not appear in the
/usr/src/sys/compile/NEWKERNEL/Makefile , after running Config.

What can cause this ?

Do I need to issue a 'Make World' ?

Regards,
Helio.
