Guys..  there is no such thing as a management team that can force 
committers on Alpha.  Or anything subject in FreeBSD for that matter.
Please remember that FreeBSD is a volunteer driven project.

Alpha support is gone from the cvs (well.. svn now) repository for anything
newer than RELENG_6.  If you follow the cvs/svn commit messages you will
have seen that.

It is too late.. sorry but thats a fact of life.
