You can use the -nouser option of find.  Try running the following
command (it will take a long time to finish):

	# find / -nouser > /tmp/filelist

When it finishes the file /tmp/filelist will contain a list of the
files that belong to unknown user IDs.  The find(1) manual page has
many more options that you might be interested in.
